    Yes. For select companies, CX25WW operates as a Talent Hunter. We visit campuses, track student performance through structured evaluations, and share detailed reports with hiring companies. This enables early identification and placement of high-potential students.

    Is there any fee for conducting these sessions?

    Yes. For institutions engaging with CX25WW for the first time (and not yet part of the Hiring Accelerator), a nominal fee applies to cover the on-ground engagement expenses of the CX25WW team (up to 3 members). This engagement comes with a value-based assurance—if the institution does not observe measurable improvement in placement outcomes within the initial cycle, the fee is refunded as per agreed terms. We do not charge for placement or job offers.

    No. CX25WW is a structured hiring system. Every application is evaluated before it reaches a hiring company.

    Do I have to go through screening?

    Yes. Screening is mandatory. Every applicant is required to complete evaluation to move forward.

    What happens after I apply?

    You will be moved to the screening stage, followed by role-based evaluation. Only qualified candidates proceed to interviews.

    What are the stages in the AI Screening process?

    The AI Screening process consists of three key tasks:

    1️⃣ AI Screening – Evaluates your communication clarity and response quality
    2️⃣ Workstyle Assessment – Identifies how you naturally work and perform
    3️⃣ Leadership Style Assessment – Understands your decision-making and team alignment approach

    Based on these stages, a structured report is created and added to your profile. This report is then shared with hiring HRs once you move to the “Endorsed to Hiring HR” stage.

    Do you charge candidates?

    No. We do not charge candidates to connect with job opportunities. Optional programs like cohorts may have a fee to cover operational costs (e.g., venue and logistics). These sessions are typically conducted at premium venues or partner colleges. When hosted within a college, fees may be waived or minimized.

    What if I don’t clear the assessment?

    We don’t stop there. You receive guidance to improve—at no additional cost. If you progress to the HR interview stage but are not selected, you will receive detailed feedback on areas of improvement. We value both your time and ours.

    Can I apply for multiple roles?

    Yes, but your evaluation performance and seriousness will determine progression.

    Will someone follow up with me?

    No. CX25WW operates on a self-driven model. You are expected to track emails and complete tasks on time.
