"From One Idea to a Group of Ventures"
CX25WW began with a simple question: What if we stopped waiting for opportunities and started creating them?
Since 2008, we have spent years observing businesses, people, employment, technology, markets and the way opportunities are created.
We learned something important. Employment cannot depend only on large corporations. If we want more people to earn, more businesses need to exist.
That became our direction. Instead of building one company and stopping there, we started building ventures. Some succeeded. Some changed direction. Some taught us what not to do.
Some are still being built. And every one of them added to the experience, knowledge and capability that CX25WW has today. What began as individual initiatives gradually became a portfolio of ventures operating across different sectors.

At CX25WW, performance is not negotiated—it is demonstrated.
Today, CX25WW operates as a growing group of ventures across multiple sectors. Each venture has its own purpose, business model, leadership and operating objectives.
We do not believe every business has to look the same. We believe every business must solve a problem, create value and create opportunity.
Our ventures span different areas, including business services, technology, mobility, consumer initiatives, research, employment, social-impact initiatives and emerging opportunities.
And we are not finished. 21 ventures is a milestone — not the destination. Our ambition is to continue building, investing, experimenting and partnering across sectors.
Because every sustainable venture has the potential to become a source of employment for someone.

For us, growth is not simply about revenue. It is about how many people can build a better life because CX25WW exists. Our long-term ambition is straightforward:
Build more businesses.
Create more employment.
Create more earning opportunities.
Develop more entrepreneurs.
Build something that lasts beyond us.
We want CX25WW to become a name associated not only with businesses, but with opportunity. A person joining one of our ventures should not simply see a job. They should see a pathway to learn, earn, grow and eventually create something of their own.

The CX25WW Way
We believe in a few things that are becoming increasingly rare.
Ownership over excuses.
Execution over presentation.
Learning over ego.
Long-term thinking over quick recognition.
Opportunity with accountability.
We either learn. Or we make an impact. Sometimes we do both.
How We Build Our Teams : CX25WW does not operate on the traditional model where a central HR department recruits people for every business. Our Project Heads build their own teams. Every venture has different requirements, different challenges and different personalities. The person leading the project understands those requirements better than a central recruitment function ever could. Therefore, Project Heads are responsible for identifying and building the teams they need. This process is supported by Sukoon.
