Daewoo Kaka – Future Leaders Programme for Sainik School Aspirants
About the Programme
Daewoo Kaka is a dedicated educational initiative under CX25WW designed to identify, nurture, and prepare young students for admission into Sainik Schools across India.
The programme follows a long-term development model rather than short-term coaching. We select a small batch of highly motivated students at an early age and guide them systematically through their foundational years to build strong academic, reasoning, discipline, communication, and leadership skills.
Every year, only 25* students are selected into the fully-funded programme.
Selection in Grade 3
Students are selected while studying in Grade 3 and become part of an exclusive three-year learning cohort.
The same group of students progresses together through:
- Grade 3 - Selection Stage
- Grade 4 - Continue Sessions
- Grade 5 - Participate in Annual Cohort and Appear in Sainik School Entrance Examination
This continuity allows students to learn, grow, and prepare together while building confidence, discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
Annual Learning Sessions
For each academic year, students participate in:
63 Days of Structured Learning
The programme covers:
- School curriculum support
- Mathematics foundation
- Language skills
- General Knowledge
- Logical Reasoning
- Analytical Thinking
- Leadership Development
- Discipline and Study Habits
- Early Sainik School Entrance Preparation
The objective is to strengthen academic fundamentals while gradually introducing concepts required for future Sainik School entrance examinations.
Grade 5 Residential Preparation Camp
When students reach Grade 5, they become eligible for the final preparation phase.
30-Day Residential Group Study Camp
Students will be invited to attend a 30-day intensive residential programme at one of the CX25WW campuses.
This camp focuses on:
- Intensive academic preparation

- Group study sessions
- Doubt-clearing workshops

- Examination strategy

A Proven Programme
In 2023, we launched the first batch of the Daewoo Kaka Future Leaders Programme.
First Batch (2023–2026)
- Students Selected: 25
- Students Selected for Sainik Schools: 23
- Students Who Chose Other Schools: 2
The two remaining students did not pursue admission to Sainik Schools due to their parents' personal preference to continue their education in non-Sainik institutions.
Result: Every student in the first cohort successfully completed the programme, with 23 earning admission to Sainik Schools and the remaining two continuing their education through a path chosen by their families.
This outcome reinforces our belief that early preparation, consistent mentorship, and active parent participation create exceptional results.
Our Mission
We believe that leadership development should begin early.
Through Daewoo Kaka, our goal is to provide deserving children with a structured pathway toward Sainik School admission while building the values of discipline, responsibility, confidence, patriotism, and lifelong learning.
Start Early. Learn Strong. Lead Proud.
